== Code4Lib 2026 Diversity Scholarships ==
As part of Code4Lib's ongoing commitment to reducing economic barriers and ensuring balanced representation from underrepresented groups, we are pleased to announce that we are now seeking applicants for our [https://2026.code4lib.org/general-info/scholarships 2026 Diversity Scholarship program]. The Code4Lib Scholarship Committee seeks to award several Diversity Scholarships based on merit and need. Domestic applicants (in the United States and Canada) can receive up to '''(dollar amount)''' USD. These funds are intended to cover travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and conference fees for the 2026 Code4Lib Conference in '''(city, state)'''. The deadline for applications is '''(day of week, full date, time with timezone)'''.

Scholarship recipients will have their conference registration covered upfront. Hotel accommodations will be reimbursed. Other incidentals, like local transportation and meals, may be reimbursed depending on the awarded amount. Reimbursements will be processed at the conference. Additionally, there is an option to share accommodations with fellow scholarship awardees or other conference attendees. Should you choose to handle your own conference registration, the cost of registration, along with other expenses as detailed in the call for applicants, will be reimbursed within the parameters of the award.
