This group involves working with the Planning Committee to close any budget gaps and talking to potential sponsors to find the level that is right for them.

Conference registration spots and hotel rooms are being held for scholarship recipients. If your attendance is dependent upon receiving a scholarship, you do not need to register for the conference when registration opens. Code4Lib will facilitate your registration. While hotel rooms are being held, all scholarship recipients must book their hotel rooms. Scholarship recipients will be reimbursed for their accommodations. Should you choose to handle your own conference registration, the cost of registration, along with other expenses as detailed in the call for applicants, will be reimbursed within the parameters of the award. Code4Lib 2025 Diversity Scholarships

As part of Code4Lib's ongoing commitment to reducing economic barriers and ensuring balanced representation from underrepresented groups, we are pleased to announce that we are now seeking applicants for our 2025 Diversity Scholarship program. The Code4Lib Scholarship Committee seeks to award several Diversity Scholarships based on merit and need. Domestic applicants (in the United States and Canada) can receive up to $1,750 USD. Code4Lib 2025 Conference Registration Details
