Hosting a conference is complex, and it cannot be done without the help of the entire community. If you are interested in being an awesome person and applying your skills to a particular part of the Code4Lib 2026 conference, create an account on this wiki and sign-up for one or more of the groups below (please provide a contact). ==Planning CommitteeCode4Lib 2025 Diversity Scholarships ==Also known as the Local Planning CommitteeAs part of Code4Lib's ongoing commitment to reducing economic barriers and ensuring balanced representation from underrepresented groups, although there is no requirement we are pleased to announce that we are now seeking applicants for our [https://2025.code4lib.org/general-info/scholarships 2025 Diversity Scholarship program]. The Code4Lib Scholarship Committee seeks to award several Diversity Scholarships based on merit and need. Domestic applicants (in the members United States and Canada) can receive up to be local$1,750 USD. == Budget and Sponsorship Committee = Code4Lib 2025 Conference Registration Details ===This group involves working with the Planning Committee to close any budget gaps Conference registration spots and talking hotel rooms are being held for scholarship recipients. If your attendance is dependent upon receiving a scholarship, you do not need to potential sponsors register for the conference when registration opens. Code4Lib will facilitate your registration. While hotel rooms are being held, all scholarship recipients must book their hotel rooms. Scholarship recipients will be reimbursed for their accommodations. Should you choose to find handle your own conference registration, the level that is right cost of registration, along with other expenses as detailed in the call for themapplicants, will be reimbursed within the parameters of the award. Reimbursement for these expenses will be provided to scholarship recipients at the conference.
