Every article in issue 1 should be put in a category "Issue 1". Etc. This should make it easier to generate issue specific RSS feeds and do other stuff at a later date.
==Post Status==
An article has four possible statuses:
;Draft
:The article is being edited. Only editors can see it.
;Pending Review
:The article is being edited. Only editors can see it. (Yes, this is the same as Draft.)
;Private
:The article is ready (or nearly ready) for publication. Editors and the author can see it.
;Published
:The article is published. Anyone visiting the site can see it. It is part of the RSS feed.
