Let's create policies for the conference that we can use from year to year! Here are ideas for policies:
- Return / credit policy
- Code of Conduct
- Lock this down at registration time?
- Whether / how to enforce registration for preconferences
- Sponsorship rights / responsibilities
- e.g. vector graphics required from sponsors
- Photography / recording policy and waiver
- Speaker agreement
- Privacy Policy
