Let's create policies for the conference that we can use from year to year! Here are ideas for policies:

• Return / credit policy
• Code of Conduct
  • Lock this down at registration time?
• Whether / how to enforce registration for preconferences
• Sponsorship rights / responsibilities
  • e.g. vector graphics required from sponsors
• Photography / recording policy and waiver
• Speaker agreement
• Privacy Policy
