Congratulations! We are pleased to let you know that the 2026 Code4Lib Scholarship Committee has selected you to receive a scholarship of up to (dollar amount) to support your attendance at the 2026 Code4Lib Conference in (city, state), (conference dates).

These scholarships were made possible by donations from (sponsors), and generous individuals in the Code4Lib community from the Angel Fund fundraising.

Please reply all and let us know as soon as possible whether you will be able to accept the award and attend this year's conference. To ensure receipt of the scholarship please reply by (day of week, full date, and time with timezone).

Some specifics: After confirmation, you will receive an email from CONCENTRA Conference Management Services inviting you to register for the conference at no upfront cost to you. The (dollar amount) conference registration fee will be deducted from your total award.

The remainder of the award, covering accommodations and/or travel, will be reimbursed at the 2026 Code4Lib Conference. Hotel rooms are being held at (hotel name) for (dates) (check out on (date)) at a rate of (dollar amount) night through CONCENTRA, otherwise you are welcome to find other accommodations as desired. 2026 Code4Lib Conference Health Guidance

Attendance will be subject to (link to host's visitor policy or similar): Visitors to the University are expected to follow CDC and (state) Department of Health guidance for individuals who test positive for COVID-19 or were in close contact with someone who tested positive in the past 10 days, including isolation and mask requirements.
