Added who mainains dns
The contact for the Journal is journal@code4lib.org, set up through Google Apps to forward all emails with "proposal" to the "articles" list. It forwards all other non-spam email to members of the editorial staff, who forward the email to the mailing list upon approval.
Note: DNS setup for all code4lib sites is maintained at Oregon State University. Contact systems@library.oregonstate.edu for updates. The journal.code4lib.org site is hosted by ibiblio.
