UK librarian, living in Scotland. He has been heavily involved in vocabulary mapping, and is a real pioneer in demonstrating how that capability supports the Semantic Web and linked data. He presently represents the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP) on the Joint Steering Committee for the Development of RDA. He's an excellent speaker and really gets his points across.
