* Where: San Jose meeting room (Conference Hotel)
* Food and beverages are available for purchase. '''No outside food or beverages are allowed in hotel meeting rooms.'''** People will be responsible for getting their own food and drink from the hotel lounge/bar, as well as bussing their own tables. On-site volunteers will help clean up at the end of the event as well.
