Registration Page for Code4Lib 2010 (in Asheville)

Welcome to the registration for Code4Lib 2010! To register, follow the link below and fill out the necessary information on that form. You will want to have your credit card information ready as well as know whether you want to attend a preconference, your t-shirt size, whether you have any dietary requests, etc.

If you are interested in attending a preconference, you might want to open another browser tab with the descriptions of the available preconferences; the registration form will only have the titles of the preconferences and not descriptions of them. The cost for the conference is $120; attending the preconference session(s) costs an additional $25.

Okay, ready? Register at the registration page (opens on Wednesday 12/16 at 1 PM EST). Note: If you are a conference presenter, preconference presenter, or scholarship winner, you will have a special URL sent to you by the end of the week that you can use to register. Please do not register today; your registration slot is guaranteed until December 21st via this other registration route.

Don't forget, after you register, to go ahead and book a room in the conference hotel. This will ensure you get to take advantage of our negotiated rate. A link to the hotel's registration will be included in the email that is sent as your registration confirmation.

If you don't get your registration in before the cut-off is reached, be sure to add your name to the waitlist (which will replace the link above once the regular slots fill up). Often people cancel or decide that they can't go and we will be pulling names from the waitlist to fill these slots as they open. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to ask questions on the conference planning list http://groups.google.com/group/code4libcon or email Kevin Clarke (one of the local (to Asheville) planning folks) at ksclarke at gmail.com.

Thanks! Looking forward to seeing you all in Asheville in February 2010!
