Figures and tables are centered, placed inside a P or DIV with class of "caption". For example: <pre><p class = "caption"><img src = "...."><strong>Caption for Figure</strong><p> <div class = "caption"><table><tr>...</tr></table><div></pre>
Captions for figures appear beneath the figure, centered, with "Figure X:" in bold, the descriptive text in sentence case, plain text.
