Action items from our last ~~meetings~~meeting:

* A shared google docs folder has been created as a workspace. If you haven't been added, please contact Anna

* Brainstorm and gather info on possible venues in center city

* Write up benefits and responsibilities of a host institution

* Edit the Sponsors pamphlet into a Host pamphlet using the above list

** it might be good to put this together with a press kit about how hosting this event would benefit the institution itself (Anna)
