Please reply all and let us know as soon as possible whether you will be able to accept the award and attend this years' conference. To ensure receipt of the scholarship please reply by Friday, February 14, 2025, 11:59 EST.
Some specifics: After confirmation, you will receive an email from CONCENTRA Conference Management Services inviting you to register for the conference at no upfront cost to you. The $250 conference registration fee will be deducted from your total award. The remainder of the award, covering accommodations and/or travel, will be reimbursed at the 2025 Code4Lib Conference. Hotel rooms are being held at The Graduate for March 9-March 14 (check out on March 14) at a rate of $308.34 per night. You will work with CONCENTRA to coordinate logistical details, as needed. 2025 Code4Lib Conference Health Guidance
Attendance will be subject to [https://ehs.princeton.edu/VisitorPolicy Princeton's visitor policy]: Visitors to the University are expected to follow CDC and NJ Department of Health guidance for individuals who test positive for COVID-19 or were in close contact with someone who tested positive in the past 10 days, including isolation and mask requirements.
