To ensure receipt of the scholarship please reply by Friday, February 14, 2025, 11:59 EST.  Some specifics: After confirmation, you will receive an email from CONCENTRA Conference Management Services inviting you to register for the conference at no upfront cost to you. The $250 conference registration fee will be deducted from your total award.  The remainder of the award, covering accommodations and/or travel, will be reimbursed at the 2025 Code4Lib Conference. Hotel rooms are being held at The Graduate for March 9-March 14 (check out on March 14) at a rate of $308.34 per night. You will work with through CONCENTRA to coordinate logistical details, otherwise you are welcome to find other accommodations as neededdesired.
