Heard him keynote the Boone Drupal Camp this past weekend and really enjoyed it (was inspired by it). He's not a library person but deeply involved in open source communities (participates at [http://opensource.com opensource.com]) and I think would have some interesting/entertaining perspectives for the code4lib community -ksclarke
